By submitting an order and completing payment, you make a purchase request for the selected product.

The contract is formed when your payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Where applicable, consumers located in the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease to apply once performance has begun only where the legal requirements have been satisfied, including the consumer's prior express consent for performance to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and express acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will consequently be lost. The applicable confirmation requirements will also be respected.

We will therefore not rely on a blanket statement that all digital products are automatically non-refundable.

Any specific withdrawal or refund arrangements applicable to a product will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.

7. Refunds and Statutory Consumer Rights

Our refund policy, where applicable, is described in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights, including applicable legal guarantees concerning digital content.

Where a digital product does not conform to the applicable legal requirements, you may have statutory remedies under French and European consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Aida Digital Hub, including:

  • text and written materials;

  • templates and documents;

  • graphics and designs;

  • product layouts;

  • original educational materials;

is owned by or licensed to Aida Digital Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

9. Licence and Permitted Use

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own legitimate business or personal purposes.

You may:

  • use the templates for your own freelance or business activities;

  • edit and customise the materials for your own use;

  • use customised versions of the materials in providing services to your own clients.

You may not:

  • resell or sublicense the original or substantially similar templates;

  • distribute, share or publish the purchased files with people who have not purchased the applicable product;

  • reproduce or redistribute the products as standalone resources;

  • claim the original materials as your own;

  • use the materials to create and sell a substantially similar competing product;

  • upload or distribute the original files to public websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms or membership libraries.

10. Free Resources

Free resources provided by Aida Digital Hub are provided subject to the same intellectual-property protections unless expressly stated otherwise.

Free access does not grant ownership of the underlying materials.

You may use free resources only for the purposes permitted with the resource.

11. Educational and Business Disclaimer

Our products provide educational information, templates and practical resources.

They do not constitute legal, accounting, financial, tax or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee:

  • a specific income level;

  • a specific number of clients;

  • business success;

  • employment or freelance opportunities;

  • specific financial or commercial results.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;

13. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep our website and digital products available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us at info@aidadigitalhub.com so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aida Digital Hub will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

For consumers, mandatory statutory protections and remedies remain unaffected.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, platforms or websites.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of those services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, legal requirements or business practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Any mandatory consumer rights applicable to an existing contract remain unaffected by a subsequent change to these Terms.

17. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply to you under applicable law.

Before taking legal action, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

Consumers may also have access to statutory alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms, including consumer mediation where applicable.

Where required by French law, information concerning the competent consumer mediator will be provided in our Terms, website and other required documents. A French professional selling to consumers must designate a referenced consumer mediator and communicate that mediator's contact details and website.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or other consumer protections.
