If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at:

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

Step 3: Include the email address used for your purchase and, where available, your order details.

We aim to review refund requests promptly and normally process approved refunds within 5 business days.

3. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.

4. FREE PRODUCTS

Free resources are not eligible for refunds because no purchase payment has been made.

5. ABUSE OF THE REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to investigate and refuse refund requests that constitute clear abuse or fraudulent use of our refund policy, including repeated purchases and refund requests made in bad faith.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be lost when the supply begins before the end of the withdrawal period only where the legal requirements have been met, including the consumer's prior express consent for immediate performance and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will consequently be lost. Aida Digital Hub does not treat the mere downloading or accessing of a digital product as automatically cancelling statutory withdrawal rights in every circumstance.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces mandatory rights and remedies provided to consumers by applicable French or European consumer law.
