General Conditions of Sale – Aida Digital Hub

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and platforms of Aida Digital Hub. A “client” is considered any natural or legal person placing an order with Aida Digital Hub validated via our secure online payment platforms, including Stripe or PayPal.

Article 1a: Age limit

Clients must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products and at least 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, or consulting sessions. We strive to restrict access to minors. If a client does not meet these age requirements, their subscription or order will be canceled, and payments will be refunded.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order with Aida Digital Hub implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€), including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. Payment can be made via Stripe or PayPal. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed by the payment providers. Aida Digital Hub is not responsible for the security of the payment platforms themselves, which are the responsibility of Stripe or PayPal.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products will be delivered immediately via email or platform access after payment confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Article 6: Protection of personal data

We respect your privacy. Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By subscribing or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the link included in each email.

Article 7: Applicable law

All clauses in these general conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations, are subject to the laws of the country in which the seller (Aida Digital Hub) is registered.
